Ishikawa: Yes. I thought about how I could surprise people who had played Kirby’s Epic Yarn up to that point, and wrote that song.
Ikegami: The melody suddenly changes.
Iwata: And you did that on purpose?
Ishikawa: Yes. So I want people to play through to the end.

So I have bad news and good news.
The bad news is I’m shutting down fuckyeahjunishikawa.
The good news is I’m replacing it with hallabsound.
So you’re not losing anything because it’s dedicated to music from HAL Lab/the HAL Lab sound team and since I’m running this you know it’ll be All Ishikawa Most of the Time (—not really, but).

There’s a quick shot of Shogo Sakai here, so presumably he worked on the orchestration. Or maybe he’s just conducting it. We just don’t know.
